An XXL that will remain etched deep within me. An extraordinary XXL that must be approached with humility. If you get out of the water alive, if you manage the bike, you will be rewarded with a magical setting, top-flight volunteers, and spectators who are up to this challenge. Without the volunteers/spectators, doubt and pain could invade you and you could give up, but here, it's impossible! No matter the time, no matter how you arrive, there's no choice, you have to honor yourself and go all the way. Without them, I would have given up - really!! Know that even if we don't smile, that we don't always have the right little word during the race because we're at rock bottom, without you, many would not have made it past the swim. In a race like this, you can't imagine how much your support is what carries us to the end! So THANK YOU, to you, the volunteers, the friends, the spectators, the organizers because it is thanks to you that this Tri is magical.
