The start of the swimming will be near the Mont Saint-Michel dam. You will leave for 1 loop of 1,500 meters in open water, a total of 1,5 km.
This emblematic site offers an exceptional setting: the body of water is naturally renewed by the tides, thanks to the opening and closing of the dam twice a day, ensuring a constant circulation of sea water.

40 KM
1 loop of 40 km, on fast, flowing roads between Brittany and Normandy.
A panoramic course with 258 m D+, a few challenging climbs and unique views of Mont-Saint-Michel.

The run takes place on 1 round.
The route begins along the towpath towards Beauvoir, before heading towards the foot of the Mont Saint-Michel. During this first round only, each athlete performs the ascent of Mont Saint-Michel (At 8th kilometer).

Aid stations every 2 km Water, ISO Overstims, gels/bars, fruit, and savory items. Personal bags are accessible at the end of each lap, along the bike park.
